We offer our clients tariffs based on usage, much like a monthly mobile contract. This is one of the main reasons we offer a free, no obligation trial as it gives you a fair estimation of what your tariff should be. At Connect we only charge when a message is sent or a call is transferred to you. We don't charge for sales calls, hang ups or wrong numbers.

Order taking, online diary management and outbound calls can incur further charges as calls are likely to be more complex so please contact us for full pricing details.

How can all your tariffs have an unlimited number of phone calls answered?

We only charge when an actual message is sent to you or when a call is transferred, in other words you don't pay for wrong numbers, hang-ups or sales calls.
