Do I need to install any software
to use your service?
No, our service works by giving you a unique telephone
number that you divert your existing lines to. In some circumstances you
may need to contact your telecoms provider to set up a call divert facility.

Will my calls be answered in
the UK?
Yes, we do not outsource any of our services. All calls
are answered and handled by our team of virtual assistants at our call
centre in Edinburgh, Scotland.

How do you know which calls
will be for my company?
Each virtual assistant client is given their own, unique
telephone number which they divert calls to. Our systems are able and
recognise calls for your company and instruct operators how the call is
to be answered, what details are to be collected and whether the call
should me transferred or a message sent.

I don't have a fixed office
line, will the service work for my mobile?
Yes, so long as you are able to divert calls from your
mobile. Please be aware, however, that your mobile companies may charge
you for this. Many of our clients also give out their unique telephone
number to customers so that calls come direct to us.
Can I have important clients
transferred to me?
Absolutely, so long as you tell us who your VIP callers
are likely to be. Many of our existing clients also like to have new business
enquires transferred though to them.
Do I need to inform you of which
days I'm using the service?
No, our lines and operators are always ready to take
your calls. If you are planning to go away for a few weeks or at least
will be responding to messages differently it is advisable to let us know
so that we do not give any incorrect details to your callers.
How long does it take to set-up
a trial?
We can have you set-up in under two hours usually. Your
trial starts when we receive your first call.
You offer a "completely
free, no obligation" trial- where's the catch?
No catch, we offer our trial as a way of introducing
the concept to you and your business. By giving you a free trial it enables
you to see if and how the service works within your business structure.
As our service is priced by a usage tariff, a weeks free trial also allows
us to estimate a monthly tariff to suit. It is completely free and can
be cancelled at any time during or at the end of the one week if you decide
it's not for you.
Do you have an online facility
for me to keep a track of messages?
Yes, you will be provided with a username and password
which will enable you to view the current days messages and past messages.
